A child's love for a dragonfly leads to an untimely death of the insect.
Dragonfly, oh how sweetly you fly by!
So high in the sky
Oh little dragonfly!

Mom doesn't want you in the house
She says your worse than a mouse!
The nerve of some people they don't understand,
Cheese is something dragonflies don't demand.

You are so fast little bug,
I thing I need a flying rug!
SPLAT!
Dragonfly!

I bid you good-bye little dragonfly
Love hurts....Oooo is that a butterfly!?

Butterfly, oh how sweetly you fly by!
