Merry little grey mouse
What have you heard?
Beneath the floorboards
And above the rafters?

Merry little grey mouse
What have you seen?
Poking your nose into
Places it doesn't belong?

Merry little grey mouse
What secrets you have.
No one will suspect
Your tiny little feet.

Merry little grey mouse
You need to return
From whence you come.

Tell me
Merry little grey mouse
What have you learned?
