everyone is scared of the dark sometimes its the things that go bump in the night.
Who said teens aren't SCARED of the dark
Always twisting,turning wanting no harm
Is there a beast wanting to make its mark.
Sirens, warning bells all signs of an alarm.
Scatting and scurrying these sounds I hear
A bump there a scratch here and there
These noises are made with 'do you dare'
'Are you willing the come here'
I toss and turn all night long
Sweat beading my forehead
This is a a dream,not real,it's all wrong
How......can I be dead
Perspiration drenched my shirt
I awake,my hands clutching my chest
Its alright I am not hurt
I can now rest
Scared, I will no longer be
I have no need for fear
For its not what I seek
I am no longer scared.
But what of these tears I cried
Have they all faltered  or ever dried
