A Sisters Love


i remember the day mom and dad brought you home from the hospital.
you were so tiny and wrapped in a blue balnket with yout littlr blue hat.
i stared at you for hours and watched them feed you and helped out when
you needed a babysitter.
you always were my little brother and took after me in ways i wish you hadnt.
you use to drive me crazy when my friends were over as you got older.
you would tell me how much you loved me and how happy you were when we
went to the river.
i would of took that bullet for you, i would have gladly taken your place.
i had to bury you on my 17th birthday and cant bring you back.
our family never has got over your death nor can we believe and forgive
ourselves for not seeing the trouble you were in.
every year on the day you were born we bake a cake and light candles to
celebrate the mirical God gave us when you were born.
as for the day of your death 10 years after you were born we go to your grave
with flowers and a new poem for you.
we always put a brand new set of yu-gi-oh cards by your grave.
one day we will all be with you again.
you had my love from the day i knew you were concieved.
you still and always will ahve your sisters love.
