This poem was originally intended to be about someone I'd lost.
Me without you is like

the midnight sky

without the moon and stars...

Empty.

Me without you is like

a bird with broken wings...

Useless and hurt.

Me without you is like

A fish out of water...

Lifeless.

Me without you is like

summer without the sun...

It has no light nor warmth.

Me without you is like

a dancer without music...

They can still dance

but the passionate effect is gone.

Without you,

I am all of these things.
