Will it ever be me?
My heart is on the page.
you send it back
with a post card,
a form letter
"no"

I dream, draw pictures
see it in my mind.
My Book

Or am I wasting time,
walking to disappointment,
making a joke?

Should I be content
with the words
with only the sun and moon
as my audience?
