When that sparkle is there, I glitter with joy.
I love you.

I love you like sunset-kissed mist-drops
Against the back-lit evening sky of twilight,
Shimmering down against the tree tops of the rolling mountain hills hued of green and brown;
The stars,
Just starting to peer through the roguish-cerulean blue of the vastness above,
Shining like tiny crystals of silver and blue and white and gold and whatever else,
Because that is the beauty
Of the sparkle
That reaches us from those many suns from so far away,
Burning from so long ago,
And it has been bent
And refracted
And affected by the intensity of singularities and planets and the incredible magnificence
And much wonder that is the universe,
And then again by our own heavens,
And it sparkles
And glimmers
And shimmers in such a way
That it makes me glitter with joy
When I take just a moment to look up and breathe it in.

But even still,
I do not love it so much as I love you,
When I gaze into your radiant hazel eyes and that sparkle is there –
Burning with the intensity of love and lust and admiration and contentment
And words that have yet to be invented,
For it's likely they never will
For within your eyes
And within our souls
There exist feelings that belong only to us.

I feel that sparkle in your heart when you press yourself to me, and into me.
And I feel you within me.
And I don't know what word describes this.

But, even still, and without words, I love you.
