A poem about depression.
I feel so alone in the world
Driving myself crazy
I cant stand myself
If only everyone else could see
The scars have all faded
My smile covers it all
They don’t see the walls
The walls hide my true self
All the tears, all the lies
They see this happy girl
When I’m only dieing inside
I want someone to ask
I want someone to care
Would anyone ever miss me
If I wasn’t here
My heart has been torn
I hide away so no one can see
The cracks will never mend
I’m my own worse enemy
