Before the Tornado
                   Know the Lingo
                             Tornado Watch
                             Tornado Warning
                   Have a disaster plan
                             Decide where take shelter in case of a tornado
                             Make an emergency kit
                             Make sure you have enough food for 2-3 days in your designated tornado shelter
                             Decide where to meet after a tornado

During the Tornado
         If you are in a house/building                    
                   Get to the lowest level, in the innermost room/closet of the house/building
         If you are driving
                   Stop your car and hide in the lowest part of a ditch
                   
                   

After the Tornado
                   Wait for an adult to tell you to leave your shelter
                   Stay indoors until it is safe to go outside
                   Stay away from fallen power lines
                   Do not drive through standing water
