About a girl who gets atacked while waiting for her date.
Screaming and hollering as I try to run away
It’s right above me with its beady little eyes.
I stop and star in fright at the site.
It’s coming right at me
With a sharp nose and its dagger like claws outstretched.

Panicking, I dodge out of his way.
Standing up as he flies away.
Having no idea it’s as sly as a fox
Out of nowhere his claws start tearing at my flesh
With his razor-sharp beak pecking me to death.

I scream so loud but no ones around
With tears falling, crashing to the ground.
I feel myself slipping slowly away.
If only I hadn’t agreed to come here today.

Is this a nightmare?
Is this a dream?
If not, why can’t anyone hear my screams?

The light slowly fading to dark,
Could someone please come kill this hawk!
I start thinking this could be my last breath
Is this really how I’m going to be put to death?
About to give up, then I hear your beautiful voice
Remembering that coming here was your choice

Suddenly the tearing and clawing quits
My last look I see you beating it to death with your fists
The once violently flapping wings of the hawk
Were now slowly coming to a stop.

I wake up in a bed I instantly realizing
This isn’t my bed, and I look over to my side
And see you resting your head
You look up as soon as you see I’m awake
I ask what happened
And all you said is next time
We’re going on an indoor date.
