A hidden truth
Life has a circle it follows, an endless, continuous flow of life and, death. Six years, two houses, three dogs, beautiful gardens, and a beautiful couple. Dwight and Devlin two, yet one, lived in a two story home that was too big for them, and too empty for their liking. “I have to go to work,” Dwight said as the two walked in from the garage. “You just got back, why must you go now?” Devlin shot quickly back with an attitude. “I have too, and I will probably be late. Did you get the mail?” Dwight asked trying to change the subject. “Yes, yes I did, but nothing for you,” Devlin said looking at the Spy network bill, in her name.

The clock strikes, and Dwight got up and left, like he has been for the few months in the New Year, odd behavior, but none the less reasonable. The door closed as he left, and the tears came from Devlin’s eyes like a river over flowing, night after night the time has come to react and stand up. Tears running, blood pumping, Devlin drove, and drove, where she was going, she didn’t know. She just went where the GPS told her. The lights from street lights lit the way, into the drive way she turned to see a familiar car next to an unknown one. The time is now, time to stand up, time to confront, Dwight
