My take on one persons infinite love for another.
When I'm at your grave,
and my heart is bleeding,
know that your love kept me sane
my broken heart beating.
And you may be far away now,
but your heart will always stay
and mind and soul and emotion,
It's all along loves way.
Days merged into weeks,
into months and years
with you,
I'll remember how fond,
my heart and soul grew.
And how it was scary, and I, naive.
It was new, but I learnt with you.
Now as the golden sun settles,
and the sky starts to weep,
when I lay in bed tonight
I'll dream of you, in my sleep.
You with arms open and eyes bright,
you with love on a platter,
oh, what a sight.
I'll wake in the morn
and wish it was real,
wish I was dead, you alive,
wish for our love, to forever thrive.

I know that you might be far away now, physically.
But in my heart you will always stay, irrevocably and inevitably.
