Thoughts of spring weather
Bolts of light scream across the sky,
Drops of rain pound the ground.
Thunder booms from up on high,
Wind blows all around.

Dark clouds up above,
Threats of tornado's loom.
Watching is what some love,
While others hide with each boom.

Rain pounds real fast
Causing the ground to flood.
Slow steady rain is the best.
Which makes the dirt into mud.

Spring storms happen every year.
No matter where you are.
Now that spring is here,
The threat is not very far.
