This is a short poem about the barriers in life .
Life is full of questions,
but the answers can never be found
Life is full of decisions,
that send your mind racing round.

You think you have it sorted,
you think you've got it down.
Your making all the right choices,
then before you know it you drown.

The path you took is winding,
you are nowhere near the end
The path you followed is wrong,
but all you want to do is pretend.

I didn't mean to disappoint,
I didn't mean to scare.
But it just wasn't right anymore,
sometimes life's not fair.

I'm going to take a new path,
I'm going to make it right.
Through all this darkness remember,
there is always light.
