I wanted to try something different. There are no rules
It's written to be it's own
No measure of a song will inspires me
no introductions or choruses
just me and my poor word-searched messages

I've spent not too much time as myself
but emulating my mind in the mindset of others
you'll never know who you are until you've been someone else
So don't come lecturing me that your just being yourself

My message is too real for life
but I’m not worth listening to until it's mainstream and worthless

I don't believe in patterns and repetition
because I'm not about emphasis I'm about the description
What's so special about predictability
You draw inside the lines in your coloring book
but I'm making art on the table

I'll tolerate your structure and going through the motions
If you just listen and see what more there is to perceive
It's not that which we have not progressed to discover
but what is simple and overlooked that has all the meaning

With all of this detail making up what we are today
I often wonder how we'd be in the other direction
I guess in words, to you I'm walking backwards
But only for me I know that I'm rising up

I often am a hypocrite but I am allowed because

My message is too real for life
