The Light




I am a light
My brightness fills the dark
I guide the right
Leading them to my heart

I am a light
For all the true to follow
A flame at night
To help you through tomorrow

I am a light
That glows with unseen brilliance
I take flight
I defy the wind’s resilience

I am a light
To lead all generations
A lengthy plight
With hopes and aspirations

I am the light
I justify all our love
A Tower of might
Hailing from far above

I am the light
A blessing for all time
A refreshing sight
For those who see me shine
