On a cool spring day - A poem in haiku style
On a cool spring day
The new flower blooms slowly
And my heart opens

On the cool spring day
The rays of the sun shine down
And my soul ripens

It is the spring day
Where green meets blue and yellow
And my eye widens

The spring day commands
The rain to heed to thunder
So my ear listens

Spring day tonight turns
And the breeze reveals the stars
And my mind harkens

To feel spring day now
And today and tomorrow
Thus life awakens
