You took my heart, but I
never found the words to tell you.
I’ve searched for another, but
no one compares.
I’ve loved you for a lifetime.

Thoughts of your gentle kiss
still linger on my lips.
The feel of your touch,
could still drop me to my knees.
I’ve loved you for a lifetime.

You are a part of me,
made to complete me.
We have a destiny waiting, and
fate has finally brought you back to me
I’ve loved you for a lifetime.
