Poem about a personal loss
This weeping willow, head right down.
Has tear stained cheeks, a saddened frown.
Her crying eyes are filled with grief.
Her willow is bare with not a leaf.

Hear heart is aching, cold and sore.
Inside there's no smiles, she has no more.
Her eyes are swollen, bright and red
Her willow weeps - it's branches dead.

This willow groans with full, round tears.
Her flowers gone, they disappeared.
He once found love amongst her shade.
But he could not stay and his presence will fade

This weeping willow must stop her cries.
For she hasn't said her last goodbyes.
She feels like death has ripped her apart.
But she can always find him, in her heart.
