About a mother and daughter
One day a beautiful young lady said I have a story to tell

As we sit around the table I listened as well

She said she and her mother they took a long ride

And her mother told her I have something to tell you that I cannot hide

As they walked through the fields the mother said this place is special for me

And look there my daughter for there is my tree

She said that her mother had worked all the fields that surrounds thee

And one day she gave me birth right under this tree

And they looked and saw lighting had hit the tree and it surly had died

And they knelt before it with great sorrow and cried

And she told her daughter I am ill and shall be as this tree

And where I go you can not follow me

For I brought you here at the place of my birth

Because before to long my body shall return to the earth

And shortly thereafter this woman did enter the kingdom

Her body gave up and her soul found freedom

And this brokenhearted daughter she returned to this tree

And lo and behold she saw new branches and leaves

And she looked at this tree with amazement and a bright smile

For then she knew she would see her mother again in awhile

And the mother walked with Jesus with such happiness and glee

And the lord said unto her look my daughter as you can see for there stands thy tree
