He is with me, everywhere, even when I forget...
The skies begin to tremble
Dark clouds begin to weep
Thunder rolls in the distance
Drawing me closer, nearer to sleep.

The stars conceal their beauty
Midnight moon hides her face
The heavens lose their glory
Here in this cold, hard place.

Silent trees share in my sorrow
Glistening leaves reflect my pain;
Deep in my soul, a whisper:
"God is in the rain."
