Parkour is...

it's an art form, its an expression,
it's a hobby, it's a profession,
it relieve's stress, but can sometimes frustrate,
if you can't do a trick, don't get irate,

parkour is freedom, parkour is beauty,
parkour lights the dark, it open one's heart,
parkour is creative, its a spiritual thing,
involves the surroundings, nothing you need to bring,

people don't understand us, they don't see,
they don't know what parkour means to me,
mastering a technique, perfecting a trick,
take it to the streets, landings to stick,

wall to wall, rail to rail,
must get back up whenever i fail,
must carry on, but know my max,
if i go over, hard time's will take long to pass,
