Bearing the pain of unrequited love, that's a hardship I wish no one has to bear.
I wrote this poem a long time ago, I don't remember exactly when but I know why.
As you can tell, it's about one-sided love. I don't want to go into detail about why I wrote this one, but I hope you enjoy reading it. (: To all those who have felt the same way before, as Koreans say, FIGHTING~! (; Lol, meaning, stay strong and keep loving!

Through The Pain

Time passes by so slowly,
Yet here you are all the time.
We both know this is not forever,
But we still insist on living a lie.

Is it not the weirdest thing?
We both know it won't last.
The waves will wash us away,
We'll just be a distant past.

Yet I hold on tightly to you.
Why am I so blind?
What am I looking for,
Or hoping to find?

I try to ignore you,
But that would be cruel.
You're too goodhearted.
And I'm such a fool.

Inside, I feel myself running,
Desperately hiding my face.
But secretly, I'm hoping,
Wishing for your warm embrace.

I may be blind, I may be dreaming,
But for you, I'd bear it,
Because through all the pain,
You're the only one who's worth it.
