Tenderly, he rubs her shoulders
Working away the tension
Placing tiny kisses in a line
Against her smooth skin

He breathes in her scent
Locking these moments away
Remembering everything
Committing her to memory

Slender fingers slither up
Encasing her skinny neck
Carefully they massage
Lovingly they move about

Basking in her beauty
Relishing in her loveliness
He envies her naivety
Jealously overwhelms

Regretting the decision
Doing what must be done
Ending their pain at present
The time was now here

Fingers coil and tighten
Stopping her lovely breath
Face turns blue as she gasps
Silently she dies tonight

Gently he kisses her cold lips
Lightly lays down her corpse
Stares at what is his eternally
She belongs to him forever

Death by her lover’s hand
Madness she couldn’t see
A sickness of the mind
Caused by simple jealousy
