Moves close and seeks
The warmth of mine.
Pressed near, you sigh.

Your lips curve up, unconscious smile,
I watch you while
You reach for me
In sleep, so free.

Awake you keep a distance, stand
Apart, your hands
Stay busy--though
In sleep they know.
