This is about my son. I miscarried at 5 months.
Always and forever, a special place in my heart belongs to you.
People may not understand but you and I do.
It's a mother's bond lost before given the chance to bloom.
It's a life taken away entirely too soon.
My love lives on. It's yours to claim.
It always will be, and has been, since the day you became.
"What could've beens" torture my mind night and day.
But Jesus has you in His arms and for you, I pray.
You're much safer now than you ever would've been on this earth.
Although, I would've protected you with all I had, for whatever it's worth.
Take this moment to reach down and give your mommy a sign.
Let her know you're safe and happy. Let her see you shine.
Remember, one day, we'll meet up once more.
Your soul, your face, your personality, I'll explore.
Until then, Lawson, I believe you're my guardian angel.
Watch over mommy as her life continues to unravel.
Someday I'll be able to kiss you because you're mine.
I'll never let go of you like I had to the last time.
Forever together - the way it should be.
Remember, mommy loves you for all eternity♥
