short poems about life and experiences, continued from book II
Next to the Window:

Board this plane
I'm down to sit
Next to the window
Away from my friends

Two full hours
I waste
Typing and listening

Take my seat
I'm down to fuck shit up
Can't stay calm
Next to the fucking window

Jealous Much?:

The atmosphere feels nice
At dawn
Possibly in an hour
I'll be back on my lawn
Sleeping the night away

If there's one thing I can't stand
Its losing friends a mile high
Maybe it'd be for the better
But I really do hate him

For everything
The act, the face, the promise
Of seeming to be
Every little thing
She wants

Some may say
"Jealous much?"
I'll reply with
"Not in the slightest"

Just wait

DIAAPPP!!:

Dark blue
Dark blue
The song of the trip
Hands down

But maybe the loss of voices
Becomes the new tune
As the drunkest bastard
Comes running, yelling
Uncontrollably

Crazy he seemed
For sure it was a joke
But from the test track
Bred the best line

A high pitched, voice-cracked wonder
No one can attest to why
The stranger man croaks
DIAAPPP!!

And all was silent
While the beauty she slept
Quaint and quiet

Everest:

Prepare for takeoff
Alone
But wait, a senior citizen
Over 65 comes
To fulfill the hunt

No longer alone
But with her in a cart
The middle exactly
Feels like I'm upside down
And spinning out

The moment of euphoria ends
As quickly as it came
Three pictures together
Couldn't hurt
Or so I thought

Five days, four nights
I would spend with the bros
Instead I got the ladies
For the majority
Of the trip

So calm down you little shit
Or everything will go wrong again
Remember the past
But push it aside
Everest is where my love does lie

My Senses Failed:

Here I lie
Staring at
Clouds and shapes of
Dogs and cats

Can't be saved
But I'm a mess
Please do help me
Pass this test

Of patience
And pushiness
Triple the p
Call me a pussy

I dare you
The shit that comes out is pointless
Cause my senses failed again

Can't see, can't hear
Can't taste, can't touch
Can't feel the lust

Wish you were here

A Casual Wish:

If only I knew
When and where
And why and how
Things happen

Have questions for everything
Need answers
Or I'll go crazy
Pick apart your brain

For knowledge
For information
Four years
I've learned nothing

My one wish
Casual as hell, you bet
Is for explanation
The why's of the world

Searching for the truth
I get disappointed
When it comes true
Now I'm shit outta luck

13 Days:
My fate will be decided in 13 days
Unlucky as that seems
I am hopeful
For my future

My fate will be decided
On April 1st
Unlucky as that seems
I am scared
For my future

When everyone else
Is certain of theirs
I'm still left wondering
Where I end up

Will it be home
Or far away
2 hours or 3 days
Either way,
My fate will be decided in 13 unlucky days
