My roots are strong
I grow from many.
Neglect can not stop me,
your cuts will remake me.

Over and over you try to destroy,
stubborn will keeps me alive.
Through the cracks of injustice...
I rise up and thrive!

When time collects its pay,
in the dust of your bones...
a new life I'll regenerate.

Morning dew
and Suns warmth,
guides me to begin...
life once more!
