A small poem that came to mind after a bad day.
Falling to the ground.
Delicate shards scatter,
Each one colder than ice.
Tiny crystals catch the sun's light.
Thousands of shimmering colors,
Don't they seem enticing?

You cannot touch them,
You cannot pick them up,
They'll pierce your delicate skin.
Just try to piece it together,
the fragments of my shattered heart.

I will see you bleed.
