About a depressed flower
I get drenched each day
But my sorrows do not go away,
And soon enough my colors fade.
This is my only year to wake.
I see faces smile at me,
But inside I'm crying you see.
Another petal falls today.
Another thorn to cure my pain.
Soon enough It'll go away.
I'm here just for your eye to see.
Nothing more than a pleasuring scene.
Left alone each night to scream.
No on really cares for me.
My stem is sickly green.
How pretty, you noticedd me.
You pick me out, can't hear me cry.
Emotions are not to be seen.
Only color for you, my magesty.
My blood drips from where you cut at me.
My life fades away within a couple days.
I'm pressed away. Forgotten today.
