A nonsense poem about a May afternoon.
Falling asleep
On the back porch swing
In the middle of a May afternoon

A summer breeze
Breaks through the heat
And I open my eyes to gaze at the moon

Children play
In fields of grain
An elvish, faerie dance

Take me away
To that magic place
Give me another chance

I'll polish the stars
And sing with the larks
In the middle of a May afternoon
