What God did for me
I was in bondage
Thoughts running through my head
Scars on my arms
Tried to take my life

I was label
I was abused
I was destructive
Felt out of control

Then I was asleep
I was in a daze
Bareley surviving
Being isolated

Then came the God
Broke my bondage
Prayers were answered
Freedom was adopted

Healing was done
I was released
Life restored
Forgiveness Came

Now I have peace
Now I have joy
But most of all
I have the Lord
