Another one to my dad. </3
Once upon a time life was like a fairytale.

I was noble. bright, and beautiful, I was a princess to him.

One day a time came where an end had to come to my fairytale.

The noble, bright, and beautiful me was lost in a world none my own.

He was stolen by a dark evil, his own poision apple.

I thought we would always be side by side.

Then the evil stepmother took him away from me.

Lost, as if I were locked in a tower with no hope of escaping.

I would dream of prince charming showing me the love he couldn't.

Nothing could make up for the emptiness he left behind.

Then he came home on the chariot in the sky.

My hope was slowly returnng to me as if I had been saved from a witch.

I trusted him with my all, he made my fairytale come back to me.

But, Once Upon A Time he lied, he cheated, he tore me away.

And Once Upon A Time he stole my fairytale once and for all.

I was Cinderella having to cope with my evil stepmother.

I was Snow White, tricked by my own poision apple.

I was Fionna trapped in my tower waiting for prince charming to take me away.

I was Belle trying to find beauty where beauty was not.

I was Aurora stuck asleep in a world where everything was not what it should be.

Now I have woken up from my fairytale.

I realize life is no fairytale, there are no prince charmings, towers, or poision apples.

I took my faith from him who hurts me most.

I gave my faith, love, and hope to the one who understands all.

I don't worry about fairytales any more.

My Once Upon A Time was just that.

Once Upon A Time.
