Just a song about a bird.
Inside my heart their lives a sparrow
Whose wings are still
So he sits all day, with a callous grin
peering out the window sill
I don't dare let him out
For he may never come back
If he finds another bird
To sing his song at
So stir, stir you little bird
And contemplate your smile
For someday I'll let you out
The wait, worthwhile
