figures the only poem I've ever written is about hating someone.
everyone around you is grinning
pretending not to hate you, you're winning
like Charlie Sheen on a cocaine binge
you're on top? who could be beneath you?
that's the problem
no one. Truth is you're in the barrel
scraping the bottom
all this time you're sitting here
making like you're the man but listen
to yourself believing in your own shit
what you really want is to be a different person
isn't it
a shame to see a human life and experience
reduced to this low life who's afraid
to look in the mirror in fear that
what he sees is a man who hates himself
but you don't want to hear that
hear that? It's your conscience
it won't shut up will it?
don't run away or cover your ears
I want you to feel it!
And face it that your whole life is a goddam waste
and open up your mouth and taste it!
what i really want is for you to disappear
and know that
if you do no one will even miss you
