This is a poem I wrote about the plant hemp.
Our planet's wrapped in plants and trees
which are quickly getting stripped.
For we, as earth's inhabitants,
have torn up nature’s script.

We uproot all our precious woods
without them, we can't breathe.
Mother nature's contempt grows,
she slowly starts to seethe.

She looks down in bewilderment,
as she wonders, how we've missed.
The Plant that’s here to save the world,
it's mother's greatest gift.
