Poem displaying how twisted some people can be.
A mothers struggle

How can you do that to your own child?

You disgust me and need to be thrown into the wild.

That is your own flesh and blood

I never thought you would or even could.

But I know this; you will never hurt my baby again.

I promise never, ever to let you back in.

You’ve caused him nothing but sorrow and pain,

And what do you get, what is it that you gain?

The emptiness of knowing your child no longer wants to see you?

You can beg, cry, and plea but there’s nothing you can do

That was it playa, that was the last straw

All you can do is sit there and stare in awe.

Did you think this was going to break us down?

Not even, in the end I’ll be wearing a smile and you, a frown.

Even though I will never for get what you did

I believe in the Word and what He said

So when I feel I’m ready I will forgive you

Not just for you but for my own peace of mind too

So now we’re going to live our life and be strong

It’s sad isn’t it? Don’t you wish you could come along?

But it’s time for you to get your life right and move on

Because me and my son, we are long gone.
