a poem about life and determination not to fit into the 'box'
I never said I was perfect,
Nor did I pretend to be!
Yes I have made mistakes,
But that is how I learned to be me!

I never said I was good looking
Nor did I pretend to be!
Beauty is only skin deep,
Personality means more to me!

I never said I was intelligent,
Nor did I pretend to be!
Being a brain box
Is not all it's cracked up to be!

I never said I'm better than anybody else
Nor did I pretend to be!
I am my own person
Exactly like I was meant to be!
