At first it was suppose to be a loving kind of thing but it turned into a christan thing.
I hide my head in my hands,
How did this happen?
I don't understand.
I lost my way this night,
I need a new light.
I can't stand my fears,
Slowy I'm drowing in tears.
It's to late to leave now,
To escape I don't know how.
And I've been told by so many,
That I can change others hearts.
But I'm not a shiny penny,
I'm just an avrage girl.
There's no way I can change the world.
Now the dark has taken me,
It's a place that's hard to see.
Please make it let me go.
It's grown inside me for all I know.

Then in a flash its bright,
It's kills the night.
I finally feel your grip on my shakey hand,
Everything happens for a reason,
That I understand.
You hush my fears,
You dry my tears.
You tell me it's never to late,
There's always an escape.
You showed that the heart you gave me,
Was made to help others grow.
I said "But I'm just an avrage girl, don't you see.
This hero you speak of isn't me."
Simply you said "Love is all you need,
Love all you believe.
Believe the stuff that makes you free,
And you'll see.
Others will fallow soon,
Once they see your happy tune."

Then your light went out,
But no darkness was about.
I climbed up on my warm bed,
With your words in my head.
And knew your glory was still with me,
I knew your were still here,
I knew you still could see.
You'd be there when I fall,
You'll be there to help us all.
Simply just ask.
