Every day this happens after school, but yet I'm ok with it.
Laughing, smiling, teasing.
A normal day after school.
With him I always find myself smiling like a fool.
Were waiting out side for each others mom and dad.
He teases me more, knowing it makes me mad.
I still can't help but smile, on how far he goes.
As I listen to every well thought out joke he chose,
In attempeted to see my cheeks turn red.
I try my best threat on bringing out the lead.

But no matter how hard I try,
He can always tell its a lie.
I put my head down in shame.
Knowing I just lost our little game.
Now he goes for an over kill.
But yet I'm smiling still.

I guess all I need is to be with him.
Then I see the suns light getting dim.
But yet I don't seem to care.
I react as if its not there.
We go on as if time is on our side.
Then I began to wonder where's my ride.

I look at my phone and began to feel bad.
As I realized I forgot to call my dad.
