This is, I believe, my best of many poems.
I am the American dream,
drunk and horny,
passed out on your floor,
bruises from who knows what,
pocket full of quarters,
wallet full of free strip club passes,
scrounging for a bus fare,
a ticket to anywhere,
anywhere else.
