I found a website with a bunch of comical questions on it and twisted them to rhyme.
Why do we play in recitals and recite in plays?
or drive on parkways and park in driveways?
If Barbie's so popular, then why do we buy her friends?
Why are turds pinched off at the end?

If quizzes are quizzical then what are tests?
Can a homeless man be under house arrest?
Do vampires ever get AIDS?
Whatever happened to the E letter grade?

Why doesn't the glue in the bottles dry up?
Why did Sally sell seashells if you can just pick them up?
How do you handcuff a one-armed man?
How do you throw away a garbage can?

Why do we say heads up when we should really duck?
Why does the coyote keep buying ACME products?
Why when we talk to God its considered a prayer,
but when God talks to us we're considered unstable?

Do coffins have lifetime guarantees?
How did nudity evolve from art to pornography?
Is it possible to slam a revolving door?
Do atheists swear on a bible in court?

What do you call someone who can't smell?
How fast do hot cakes really sell?
Why is the fear of long words Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia?
Because if anybody here has that then I just scared the crap outta ya.

Why is the needle sterile for lethal injections?
How does Dracula have a straight comb-over if he can't see his own reflection?
If cows drink milk is it cannibalism?
How do you torture a person with masochism?

Why are you IN a movie but ON TV?
If you had X-ray vision, what could you see?
Why do round pizzas come in a square box?
Do chickens get people pox?

Do stuttering people stutter when they're thinking?
Where do the hours go from daylight savings?
Exactly what shape is the sky?
Is it blinking or winking if you only have one eye?

I sit and think but I'm so confused,
but these questions can't just be refused,
because what's a question with an answer that can't be found,
it's a never-ending merry-go-round.

And if I'm riding for a lifetime,
wondering why a penny is bigger than a dime,
then I'll be very content,
knowing my life was so well spent,

puzzling the questions without answers,
on the merry-go-round of merriment.
