Bitter truth of Indian society
The weeping soul


Homage as indeminity,
few words of obitutory,
from white clad fraternity

medals decorating
the deterorating wall,
sufficient is for starvation,
what thy haul

who fought for you and me,
as guardian as soldier,
his family is some where
now fighting with hunger

political promises envisaged hope
but only the miseries they have to cope

enthralling words not sufficient
stomach seeks something more than respect
