A poem of a depressed teenage girl
She stands in the light of day.

Though it feels as cold as night.

She hopes she does not decay.

The blood drips down in plain sight.

She cries with blue eyes.

Feelings sharp as the blade.

She screams to day lit skies.

Fear that she's beginning to fade.

Shes daddy's little girl.

Her mommy's perfect angel.

She stands in the suns warm whirl.

Her blood runs in cold tangle.

She lays with eyes glazed wide open.

A horrific sight for a frightful mother.

She wrote with her last pen.

A family torn apart by eachother.

She lays with an icy stillness.

With skin as cold as night.

She will not wake from this illness.

Without her pain in plain sight.

She has none to show.
