Reality is not true reality.. Then what is true for me?

I am nothing but a whisper, an invisible suggestion to myself,
The one dusty book, on this crooked shelf.
My eyes betray me, my ears will lie,
Reality is a mystery, one I can't solve, no matter how hard I try.
So let me trust the one thing, that holds the power to tear me apart.
For the only thing that is true to me, is my heart..
