A poem of love. (never wait to tell someone you love them... They might be waiting too)
Flame Distraction

The fires dying, hold me closer,
lay down with me, with your arm around me
lets watch the stars
Until they go back into hiding with the rising of the sun,
take my hand and never let go
let the fire go out
with the dawn of a new day.
Tell me you love me without saying a word,
listen to the morning bird sing in time to my heart beat.
Stay with me.
The beauty of the world doesn't compare to your smile
Just live in this moment
this night wont last forever, and neither will you
so before the sun rises
taking the stars and taking you
hear the fire cracking, light another joint
maybe time will slow down
and you can love me just for one more evening.
Silenced by our language
embrace mother natures tongue
but then dawn appears unnoticed
unaware of the heartache its beauty brings,
the fires dying
theres no one to hold me anymore
my love faded away with my heart.
I spent the whole night longing for perfection
I forgot to ask you to stay.
