American Soldiers fight for freedom,
Mother, Country, God, and Home
Evil will not conquer earth, while
Reason and right never stand alone.
Integrity’s a part of each soldier’s heart, with
Courage they all respond to the call.
Affirming allegiance to our flag, a
Nation pledged to freedom for all.
Selfless service every day,
Obedient to every command.
Laughter is a luxury,
Dedication to duty, a demand.
Intense describes a soldier’s day,
Extreme conditions ─ and outcome unknown,
Reality is a foreign thing,
Safety is in thoughts of home.
