Bright at night, smoke in hand, worried parents might find out. Let the mind wander.
A cigarette in hand
Tonight where I land
Smoke up up disappear
Just myself here to hear
No depression no complaint whatsoever;
Just wanderings of my mind settling where they please.

Myself the audience I prefer
Peace in solitude that I prefer
Rhythmic words burn down to peace
My mind its wanderings not to cease;
A tiny bird nestled astride a tree;
A croc eye break surface for me;
A rabbit tail moving as it eats;
And finally comes the heartbeats;
A face appears hazy at first;
Soft lips feel distant and burst;
And unsurity and the wanderings of my mind;

Fly fly away you birds;
Sunset sun shadowy birds;
A noise, cigarette out;
Sleep pretense silent shout;
Fear,worry and guilt;
Head body under the quilt;
Waiting for the sunrise and sounds;
This silence, heavy on the ears;
Late, meaningless familiar tears;
Still no end to the wanderings of my mind.
