When imagination leads us down the wrong path in love, recovery isn't quick - a poem.
A prince whose Lady Majesty,
Shall kiss her spellbound frog,
A tried and true reality,
But in sets latent fog… 

Wild imagination,
With thoughtful whims, desire,
Proof that invitation,
Is kindling for the fire! 

Those embers oh-so bright,
And bless’d, eternally – 
Above us shines His light,
For close to you, I’ll be. 

Layers of warm clothing,
To soothe my dampened chill,
Your respite from my loathing,
But not so cozy ‘til… 

Wild imagination,
Dreams wallowed in the mire,
The sweetest hesitation,
Those thoughtful whims, desire.
