This is a true poem - about a true hope.
Your eyes penetrate my heart,
as you look at me with lust.
I wish to pull you close once more,
to tell you how I feel,
how I felt,
how I hope to feel.

I remember kissing you goodnight,
you arguing about my hair getting in the way.
Me ruffling your curls,
You getting pink-faced about it.
I want to see that happen again .

I hope that one day we will meet again,
with lighter hearts,
with softer faces.
And I promise,
I'll remember you.
